CUTTING

SHARK AUTOMATIC SAW

A compact production machine operating in automatic and semi-automatic modes. NC microprocessor control enables one material to be cut automatically into sections of different lengths and quantities. The machine provides high cutting accuracy at 0°, 45° and 60°. Its 600 mm automatic feed system is powered by a stepper motor. Minimum material remnant: 210 mm. Feed cutting accuracy: 0.1–0.2 mm.

The MOST MALW longitudinal welding system produces high-quality longitudinal welds on tubes, tanks and sheet-metal components. Depending on its configuration, it supports MIG, TIG, plasma and submerged-arc welding.

This advanced system produces precise, pre-programmed welds. It maintains a constant welding speed while automatically controlling process parameters. Robotic welds offer mechanical durability and consistent quality unaffected by operator fatigue. Effective arc time at the workstation increases almost threefold, improving productivity.

SPAWARKA LASEROWA MAX-T65

A new generation of portable laser welders handles stainless and carbon steel, aluminium, galvanised sheet, copper and other metals. Advanced laser technology provides efficient welding at higher speeds than TIG and MIG/MAG methods. Laser welds are smooth and rounded, while the process prevents deformation and burn-through, removing the need for subsequent grinding or polishing.

TUBE AND PROFILE LASER CUTTER

The TruLaser Tube 7000 CO2 gas laser processes components up to 254 mm in diameter and 8 mm wall thickness. Excellent beam quality provides precise and reliable cutting results. Its five-axis CNC cutting head supports bevel cuts and full integration with downstream production processes.

FIVE-AXIS LASER

Combined with a manipulator, it can cut highly complex shapes in pre-bent, pressed, hydroformed and flat components. The laser handles both carbon and stainless steel without deforming the component, while its five-axis design LT-FREE ensures precise and repeatable processing.

Kompaktowa maszyna TruPunch 3000 is a complete solution for diverse component processing. Exceptional component quality is achieved through the use of a lowering die.

Mechanical processing prevents material deformation and enables multiple operations within a small area.

TruPunch supports punching, forming, threading, embossing, marking, engraving and deburring.

Fully electric, multi-level tube and profile bending machines support fixed- and variable-radius bending. Dynamic control of pressure on the tube wall maintains the quality and repeatability of processed components.

BLM VGP3D bending-simulation software enables:

  • optimal selection of material length for bending
  • avoidance of collisions between the bent component and machine parts

FORMING AND MODELLING

We operate high-performance computer-controlled hydraulic presses with forces from 200 to 650 tonnes and a maximum table size of 1300 × 1300 mm. This supports free and flanged pressing as well as in-house tooling design and manufacture.

NC HORIZONTAL PERFORATING MACHINE

This CNC hydraulic machine perforates tubes for automotive and industrial-vehicle exhaust systems. Two controlled axes drive tube movement and rotation. Rows of punches and adjustable rotary movement enable the perforation layout to be configured as required. Maximum diameter: Ø150 mm; aluminised, carbon-steel and stainless-steel tubes with 1.5 mm wall thickness; maximum tube length: 800 mm.

PIONOWE CENTRUM FREZARSKIE

The vertical machining centre OKUMA GENOS M560R-V offers high rigidity, while an additional rotary axis enables production of highly complex tools and components for both internal use and customer orders. Spindle speed: 50–12,000 rpm; maximum machining volume: 1050 × 560 × 460 mm; table: 1300 × 560 mm; pallet capacity: 900 kg.

Obrabiarki linii GENOS L are multifunctional horizontal turning centres with automatic bar feeders, ideal for precise production of both long and short component runs. Maximum turning diameter: 200–300 mm; maximum turning length: 380–1020 mm; spindle speed: 25–3800 rpm. Spindle bore is 66 mm in the L200E-M model and as much as 80 mm in the L300E-MY. Maximum workpiece weight ranges from 250 to 500 kg.

PLANETARY GRINDERS FOR TUBES AND PROFILES

Szlifierki serii LPC are planetary machines for grinding, polishing and satin-finishing straight or bent components made of carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and other materials. They process round, oval, elliptical and irregular sections. Selecting the appropriate abrasive achieves the surface parameters required for each component.

FLEXIBLE-PIPE PRODUCTION

Spiralmatic-Flex machines manufacture flexible pipes 2S and 3S, with diameters from 50 to 200 mm, widely used in vehicle exhaust systems EURO 5 and other applications requiring vibration compensation.

FILTER RECONDITIONING

FILTER CLEANING AND RECONDITIONING

Maszyna DPF/FAP cleans all types of particulate filters used in cars, trucks and buses. A complete 30-minute cleaning cycle (washing and drying) restores original FAP filter performance. Backpressure testing before and after cleaning enables immediate performance assessment and quality control of the reconditioning process.

VIBRATORY FINISHING

The trough vibrator degreases, deburrs and grinds components of various shapes, particularly long parts, producing a homogeneous structure free of sharp edges and corners.

Ceramic and resin media are most commonly used as abrasives. A suitable process fluid enhances the operation. The equipment delivers highly repeatable results and a uniform finish over the entire surface.

MYCIE RUR

This equipment is designed for comprehensive tube washing. Specially designed nozzles introduce a rotating stream of cleaning fluid inside the tube to remove contaminants thoroughly, while additional sprays throughout the chamber degrease and clean external surfaces.

POLYMER COATING LABORATORY

We offer one of the most effective modern coating methods for galvanised and carbon-steel structures. Powder-coated finishes provide excellent mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical and weather exposure.

  • individual component weight: up to 1000 kg.

Our production capacity supports coating industrial-machine structures, street furniture, fencing, canopy and hall support structures, façade panels, and road and bridge barriers.

POWDER-COATING BOOTH

It supports electrostatic powder coating. The filtration system uses fans to extract air together with powder that has not adhered to the component surface.

COMPONENT COATING

COMPONENT CURING OVEN

Components are heated in the oven to polymerise the applied powder coating. Suspended tracks carry components into the oven, while the cycle and process parameters are configured through an HMI panel.

The oven heating system comprises fans, pressure switches, temperature sensors and burners. It draws air from the chamber, heats it to the required temperature and distributes it evenly throughout the oven.

Internal working-area dimensions:

Chemical surface preparation takes place in a washing and degreasing chamber. The equipment automatically performs:

  • Alkaline degreasing

The surface-preparation process is stable and repeatable for defined parameters, ensuring the required preparation level and quality.

SHOT BLASTING

The Sciteex CABILUX shot-blasting booth provides appropriate conditions:

  • technical (lighting and chamber dust extraction)
  • occupational health and safety (safety systems and ventilation)
  • economic (abrasive recirculation)
  • environmental protection (dust removal from exhaust air).

QUALITY TESTING

COATING TESTS

A fully equipped inspection and measurement laboratory enables continuous testing of coating parameters. All processes are carried out with environmental responsibility.

LEAK TESTING

Automatic flow meters detect leaks during production and verify compliance with customer parameters. The D620 model is designed for production lines and semi-automatic inspection stations. The F620 precisely measures differential pressure changes in the tested component.

Company founded

Leszek Szostak establishes a company manufacturing exhaust systems for Poland’s STAR vehicles. VANSTAR is born.
